These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern your use of the Call Tracker iOS application and this website. By downloading, accessing, or using Call Tracker, you agree to these Terms.
1. The service
Call Tracker provides tools to visualize approximate place information related to WhatsApp voice or video calls on a map while tracking is enabled. Location details are estimates based on network information and third-party geolocation data. They may be incomplete, delayed, or inaccurate, and may reflect network routes or relay points rather than a person’s exact physical address.
2. Eligibility
You must be able to enter a binding contract under applicable law and comply with Apple’s App Store terms. You are responsible for ensuring your use of the App complies with local laws and WhatsApp’s terms.
3. Accounts and Apple ID
Purchases and subscriptions are handled through your Apple ID. You are responsible for activity under your Apple ID and for keeping your credentials secure.
4. Subscriptions and billing
- Some features require an auto-renewable subscription.
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current period.
- You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your Apple ID account settings after purchase.
- Any unused portion of a free trial, if offered, is forfeited when you purchase a subscription where applicable.
If your subscription expires or is revoked, paid features may stop and the App may return you to the subscription screen.
5. License
We grant you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Call Tracker for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms and Apple’s rules.
6. Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Misuse the App to harass, stalk, or harm others
- Attempt to reverse engineer or disrupt the service except where law allows
- Use the App in violation of applicable law or third-party terms
- Misrepresent location results as guaranteed precise GPS of another person
7. Third-party services
The App interacts with Apple services and may rely on third-party infrastructure (including geolocation lookup). WhatsApp is a third-party product we do not own or control. Call Tracker is an independent app and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by WhatsApp or Meta unless explicitly stated.
8. Disclaimer
THE APP AND WEBSITE ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE DISCLAIM WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. We do not warrant that location results will be accurate, complete, continuous, or error-free.
9. Limitation of liability
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE ARE NOT LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF DATA, PROFITS, OR GOODWILL, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE APP OR WEBSITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ANY CLAIM RELATING TO THE SERVICE IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US FOR THE APP SUBSCRIPTION IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE CLAIM, OR USD $50 IF GREATER LIABILITY CANNOT BE EXCLUDED.
10. Termination
You may stop using the App at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if you violate these Terms or if we discontinue the product. Provisions that by nature should survive will survive termination.
11. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
